Conference Registration And Control Center
To participate in the conference, please register first by clicking the Register Here button below. During registration, you will be asked to provide your personal details and complete the required steps.
Once registered, you can access your account using the Login Here button to view important details such as invoices, and personal data.
Important Information
- Each paper requires at least one registration.
- Each attendee can present one paper at most.
- All presenters must register by 25 Apr.
- The early-bird registration deadline for all attendees, including non-authors, is 25 Apr.
Conference Registration Fees
The conference registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Welcome reception on Tuesday 10 June 2025
- Conference dinner on Wednesday 11 June 2025
- All coffee breaks and lunches during the Conference
- Conference materials

Cancellation Policy
Unpaid reservations will be cancelled by the conference office 4 weeks after they have been made. The conference office must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. Please send possible changes for registrations and cancellations by email:
- Full refund for cancellations received before 16 May 2025.
- Partial refund (50€ fee) for cancellations received before 30 May 2025.
- No refunds for cancellations received after 30 May 2025.

You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) within the academic year 2024-2025. If you register as a student, you will need to upload your proof during the registration. (Either a student ID card including the academic year, a letter from your supervisor or a program registration certificate).
